Als Hommage an die traditionsreiche Verbindung zum Motorsport der 1960er- und 1970er-Jahre pr\u00e4sentierte Hanhart im Jahr 2012 den Chronographen Racemaster GTM. Wenn die wagemutigen Fahrer mit dr\u00f6hnenden Motoren Runde um Runde um eine gute Platzierung k\u00e4mpften, stoppten Teamchefs, Techniker und Streckenrichter die Zwischenzeiten. Nichts ging dabei ohne mechanische Stoppuhren \u2013 ohne mechanische Stoppuhren von Hanhart!<\/p>\n

Seit 1924 die erste Stoppuhr die Werkst\u00e4tten von Hanhart verlie\u00df, war die Uhrenmarke Hanhart, die 2012 ihr 130-j\u00e4hriges Jubil\u00e4um feiert, eng mit dem Motorsport verbunden. Dass ihr Look sportlich-technisch inspiriert sein sollte, stand beim Start der
\nDesignphase fest. Ihr Gesicht \u2013 eine Verbeugung vor dem Design historischer Motorsportwagen: dynamisch, cool, verwegen. Entstanden ist eine Uhr mit markantem Geh\u00e4use und unverwechselbarem Lederband mit Racing-Design und rotem Innenfutter. Mit einem Zifferblatt, das in seiner Aufger\u00e4umtheit, mit den pfeilf\u00f6rmigen, nachtleuchtenden Zeigern, mit den schlichten, bestens ablesbaren arabischen Ziffern und den applizierten Stundenindexen, mit der farblichen Unterteilung in einzelne Segmente sowie mit der f\u00fcr Hanhart typischen Anzeigenform mit zwei Z\u00e4hlern bei 3 und 9 Uhr, einer Tachymeter-Skala an der Peripherie und der ungew\u00f6hnlichen Rondelle im Zentrum eine gelungene Reminiszenz an fr\u00fche Tachometer-Anzeigen ist. Und nat\u00fcrlich mit den charakteristischen Hanhart-Kennzeichen \u2013 der asymmetrischen Dr\u00fcckeranordnung und dem roten R\u00fcckstelldr\u00fccker.<\/p>\n

Die Racemaster GTM basiert als Ein-Dr\u00fccker-Chronograph auf der langen Kompetenz, \u00fcber welche Hanhart bei der Fertigung dieser Art von Zeitmessern verf\u00fcgt. Alle Chronographen-Funktionen \u2013 Start, Stopp und Nullstellung \u2013 erfolgen \u00fcber den gleichen Dr\u00fccker und laufen immer streng hintereinander ab. Anders als beim Pendant mit zwei Dr\u00fcckern kann man den Chronographen-Sekundenzeiger nach dem Anhalten nicht weiterlaufen lassen; beim n\u00e4chsten Druck erfolgt unweigerlich der Sprung zur\u00fcck zum Ausgangspunkt. Daf\u00fcr wurde das Werk leicht umkonstruiert: Der Hebel, der sich direkt unter dem sonst bei 4 Uhr angebrachten Dr\u00fccker befindet, bleibt ohne Funktion. Der dritte Schlag auf den Chronographennocken erfolgt so durch den gro\u00dfen Schalthebel. Dazu wird dieser Nocken so ver\u00e4ndert, dass auf dessen unterster Ebene eine zus\u00e4tzliche Zacke verl\u00e4uft. Damit der sportlich-technische Look der Racemaster GTM lange perfekt
\nerhalten bleibt, nutzte Hanhart f\u00fcr die Geh\u00e4use dieses Modells als weltweit erste Uhrenmarke einen innovativen Edelstahl, der eine optimale Kombination aus H\u00e4rte, Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit und Nickelfreiheit repr\u00e4sentiert. Aufgrund eines speziellen Veredelungsprozesses zeichnet sich dieser Stahl insbesondere durch eine mindestens dreifach h\u00e4rtere Oberfl\u00e4chenstruktur sowie die damit zusammenh\u00e4ngende um weit mehr als 100fach verbesserte und dadurch um \u00fcber 10.000% erh\u00f6hte Kratzbest\u00e4ndigkeit aus. Die Verwendung dieses Veredelungsverfahrens ist unter dem Markennamen HDSPro\u00ae f\u00fcr den Uhren- und Schmuckbereich patentgesch\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n

Neben der extrem hohen Kratzfestigkeit weist der veredelte Stahl auch eine hohe Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit auf, die mit jener der besten Edelst\u00e4hle vergleichbar ist. Da der Stahl durch den Veredelungsprozess nicht beschichtet wird, bleibt nicht nur die Optik und Haptik des Materials erhalten, es kann vielmehr auch zu keinem Abplatzen einer aufgebrachten Schicht kommen.
